• Write in about 250 words.

• Provide your details which include name, age, place of study/work and Aadhaar Card Number

• Registration fee of Rs.50/- to be paid on or before 25-08-2020.

1. How would you see yourself in next 5 years? (Age:15-20 years)

2. How do fear and anxiety play their part in your life? (Age:18-30 years)
